Book an appointment

Existing patients book fastest in MyWinterfield, where your record and your care team are already known. Everyone else can send a request from this page and we will call back to fix a time.

Already a patient? Sign in to MyWinterfield and book directly against your clinician's real diary. It is immediate, it shows you what is actually free, and it does not need a call back.

Urgent today? Do not use this form. See get care today for walk-in urgent care, same-day slots, and the 24-hour nurse line.

Request a time

We will call you back within one working day to confirm. Requesting a time does not hold it.

Do not describe symptoms or attach test results here. If it is urgent, call the nurse line on (619) 555-0147. Nothing entered on this page leaves your browser.

Not sure who you should see

Most people should start with primary care, and be referred on from there if they need to be. A referral is not a hurdle: it is how the specialist gets your history before you walk in, and most insurers want one anyway.

  • Start with primary care for anything new, anything vague, anything that has been going on a while, and all annual checks.
  • Go direct to a specialist if you are already under their care, or if your insurer does not require a referral and you know which one you need.
  • Go direct to behavioral health whenever you want. No referral is needed and three clinics hold same-day slots.
  • Call the nurse line on (619) 555-0147 if none of that fits. Free, 24 hours, staffed by registered nurses.

You can also browse all 26 clinicians by specialty and location, and see where each of them practices.

Before you come

  • Bring photo identification and your insurance card if you have them.
  • Bring a current list of medications, including anything over the counter.
  • Arrive fifteen minutes early for a first visit, five for a follow-up.
  • Say if you need an interpreter when you book. It is free and it is arranged for you.
  • Some tests need you to fast. Booking will tell you if yours does.

Full guidance on parking, entrances, what to bring, and who can come with you is on the patients and visitors page.

Changing or canceling

Change or cancel in MyWinterfield, or call (619) 555-0150. Please give us twenty-four hours if you can. A slot given back in time is a slot someone else gets, and the no-show rate is the main reason waits grow.
